Please note that carnival costumes are custom-made items therefore once a down payment is made, under no circumstances - your payment is non-refundable. At best a credit can be applied to your account to be used in a future date. Additionally, there will be:
NO exchange or switching of sections.
NO changing of measurements or sizes
NO Costume Transfers
NO Returns accepted
Costume registration is only considered complete after receipt of a down payment. Down payments are required as follows:
Male Costumes – USD $100
Female Backline Costumes – USD $100
Female Frontline Costumes – USD $150
Costumes must be paid in full prior to collection, and can be paid:
At the collection centre immediately before collecting the costume (Cash only).
At EUPHORIA MADNESS Mas Camp (Cash only) and online via PayPal, Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard).
Cheques will not be accepted as a form of payment.
COSTUME COLLECTION POLICY
Costume packages must be collected in person with a valid form of ID. Persons may collect the costume in their name only.
The costume distribution schedule will be advertised via electronic or print media. The final date of costume distribution is Carnival Saturday 2nd of May, 2020, after which all uncollected costumes remain the property of EUPHORIA MADNESS and any down payments are forfeited by the customer.
Costumes remain the property of EUPHORIA MADNESS until paid for in full and collected.
If you cannot collect your costume in person, please take the time to let us know who will be collecting on your behalf.
This will ensure a quick and smooth collection process.
Anyone collecting a costume must present a valid form of ID at the time of collection.
If you are collecting for yourself, you must have your ID.
If you have authorized someone to collect on your behalf, they must have their ID.
We understand these are tough times. Travel restrictions and all social gatherings have been either cancelled and/or postponed. We are trying out best to serve those who have registered before these bands. Due to timing, payments and postponing of carnival we have to follow our non-refund guidelines. We are offering that your payment becomes a credit to your purchase/deposit for when carnival is rescheduled or for another year you may decide to carnival. We apologize for the inconvenience but we have to stand by the non-refund policy that is agreed upon and made aware among deposit payments.
